Furious Flower Poetry Center, Visiting Guest Poet

An invited residency at the Furious Flower Poetry Center, the nation’s first academic center for Black poetry, based at James Madison University.

Reframing Haiti

A project reclaiming histories and forms of knowledge against narratives of loss. Developed with We Need Diverse Books.

The Claudette Pinede Memorial Scholarship opens pathways for young women in Haiti to pursue a university education while remaining in the country, and to contribute to its future, in partnership with Haitian Education & Leadership Program.
